Lawrence K. Fish is the Former Chairman and CEO of Citizens Financial Group, Inc., a multi-state commercial bank holding company headquartered in Providence, Rhode Island. Under Fish's leadership, CFG grew 30-fold since he joined the company in 1992. It is one of the 10 largest commercial bank holding companies in the United States in total assets and deposits. Fish has served as a leader on the Boards of the Washington Federal Reserve Advisory Council and the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston. Fish currently serves as Chairman of Houghton Mifflin Harcourt Corporation and is a member of the Board of Directors of Textron, Inc. and Tiffany & Co. At MIT, he serves on the Corporation, the Corporation Executive Committee and Chairs the Department of Urban Studies and Planning Visiting Committee. He is a co-chair of the current Campaign for Students.
