A block of rooms has been reserved at Le Méridien near the MIT campus for the nights of April 12-15, 2011. Please go here to book online or call for reservations at 1-888-627-8153. Rooms are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, and reservations must be made no later than March 13, 2011. Please refer to the Brazil-MIT Forum room block to receive the $249 room rate, plus local tax.

Shuttle service will be available between the hotel and the conference site.

Parking
There is no public parking available on the MIT campus. The closest public parking available is at the Boston Marriott Cambridge Hotel in Kendall Square.  There is also a small public lot on the corner of Vassar Street and Massachusetts Avenue (http://whereis.mit.edu/?go=P16). Rates for parking in the vicinity of MIT are in the $25 per day range.
