Ricardo Marino
Itaú Unibanco, BrazilRicardo Marino is the VP for Banco Itaú Unibanco´s Latin American operations (Argentina, Chile, Mexico, Paraguay and Uruguay) and CHRO for the Brazilian operation. Recently, he has been assigned as a Young Global Leader (World Economic Forum) and also President of FELABAN (2008- 2010). He began his career in Banco Credit Comerciale of France and then worked at Banco de Investimentos Garantia (CSFB).
He also had an international career experience with Goldman Sachs Asset Management.Prior to his current challenge, Ricardo had been responsible for creating Itaucard´s Business Intelligence unit, running the Derivatives Desk, managing Itaú´s middle-market credit portfolio and managing its domestic Mortgage business. Ricardo is also member of the following boards: Banco Itaú Unibanco Holding Financeira, Visa (Latin America), and MIT Sloan School of Management Latin America.
He holds an engineer's degree from University of São Paulo, with an MBA at MIT Sloan School of Management.
