MIT-Japan works with approximately 100 domestic and multinational partners in Japan. Host institutions accepting MIT students as interns, visiting researchers or post-docs include corporations, universities, and research laboratories.

Beyond the internship program, MIT-Japan invites corporations with operations in Japan or a strong focus on Japan to join the program as sponsors.
