MIT-Spain/La Cambra de Barcelona Seed Fund*
Funded by the Barcelona Chamber of Commerce, the MIT-Spain/La Cambra de Barcelona Seed Fund encourages collaboration between the MIT community and companies, universities, and research laboratories in Spain.
The Spanish colleague(s) must be identified in the proposal. The maximum award is $20,000
Priority will be given to projects that:
- propose a balanced exchange between the MIT and Spanish participants
- demonstrate complementarity between the MIT and Spanish teams
The MIT-Spain/La Cambra de Barcelona Seed Fund is a part of MISTI Global Seed Funds. All general MISTI Global Seed Funds criteria, application and evaluation procedures apply.

The MIT-Spain Seed Fund is a part of MISTI Global Seed Funds. MISTI offers seed funds to MIT faculty and researchers to support early-stage international projects and research collaboration. Applicants are encouraged to involve MIT undergraduate and graduate students in their projects.
