I. MOTIVATION The three amendments voted on May 2004 were motivated by communication with the ASA in Jan-Feb 2004. At their initiation, they discovered that, while our constitutional language met ASA requirements in the past, there have been some new requirements instated within the past few years and our constitution needed to be brought up to date. None of these changes seemed to be negative, so the MITACF Exec Team drafted these amendments to renew compliance per Article VIII. II.
