I.   MOTIVATION

Traditionally, the election of the Exec Team happens during Senior Banquet
because it is easiest to attain quorum then.  Up until recently, this
banquet occured on Thursdays: the last day of class each spring term.
Recently, these banquets have been held on Fridays.  Under our constitution
(prior to this amendment), this is one day too late to hold the election!
This amendment extends the allowed time period for elections by a few days.

III. TOTAL CHANGES

This amendment changes Article V, Section 6, paragraph A from:
"Election of officers shall occur each spring term no later than the last
day of classes."

to:
"Election of officers shall occur each spring term no later than the first
day of finals."
