According to our constitution, elected officers take office the
following meating.

Secretary "Watchful Cow"
Treasurer "Painted Doll"

Nominations:
Divine Bovine: yuranlu
Master Carver: alya, yoz
Watchful Cow: rwbarton
Painted Doll: yoz, tabbott

People give speeches.
yuranlu should be Divine Bovine because he has the Divine Bovine calendar
with inspirational quotes.  

alya should be Master Carver because she has been poking Yuran to do
things and should have the official position.  
Yoz: beef is good.

rwbarton should be Watchful Cow because he can type.

yoz should be Painted Doll because he is glad we have money now
and is willing to deal with training and receipts to ensure that
it will continue.  He "WON'T" lose receipts.
tabbott: has been in charge of organizations at his high school, but not
now.
