Passport Photographs

To obtain passport photographs, please visit the MIT Card Office in W20-021. Passport photograph service is available from 9 AM to 4 PM.

The MIT Card Office provides a passport photograph service to members of the MIT community. Passport photographs are $7.00 per sheet and come with two photographs per sheet.

The MIT Card Office does not guarantee that the passport photographs that we produce will be acceptable for any purpose other than the creation of an American passport. The Card Office cannot refund the passport photograph fee that it collects if the photograph is rejected for any use other than the creation of a passport.

Digital Image Request Form

To request a digital copy of your MIT ID photograph, please visit the MIT Card Office in W20-021.

MIT Cardholders may request that a copy of their image file be copied onto a PC-formatted floppy disk (for personal use on the Web, etc.). The $2.00 processing fee is is payable by check to the MIT Card Office, cash, TechCASH or student account charge. Because of security issues, the MIT Card Office cannot send your image to you by e-mail.
