MIT Card Services is located in the basement of the Stratton Student Center, building W20. The MIT Card Services is located in Room 021 and is open from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday.

The MIT Card Services produces color photo ID cards for the MIT community and is a customer-service-oriented department. Suggestions for improving and expanding services are welcome.

Passport Pictures - The passport picture service is back up and running.

Spouse/Partner Cards - Starting on February 1, 2009, requests for spouse/partner cards will need to be initiated via the online form at https://web.mit.edu/mitcard/spouse (certificate-protected site).

Building Access - All questions regarding security issues and building access should be directed to the MIT security office. The security office can be contacted via email at: security-office@mit.edu or visit the Security Emergency Management Office's website at: http://web.mit.edu/semo/.
