Welcome to the MIT community! Our students spend most of their time on campus; either in class, at one of the libraries or enjoying one of the many available activities. The TechCASH program allows them to spend more time doing what they want by removing the need to carry or obtain cash.

TechCASH is accepted all over campus as well as select locations off campus. It can be used to access the Campus Dining meal programs, or to purchase text books, MIT apparel, and all types of food and convenience products as well as dormitory laundry machines.

Incoming Freshmen will be able to activate their TechCASH account after August 1st. To start using TechCASH, all that is needed is a deposit into the account. By using the online management feature, students can make a deposit with a credit card or by charging their student account. Parents can use the 'Quick Deposit' feature which is for credit cards only. Deposits are available to be used instantly and additional funds can be added at anytime!
