- Is the club only open for MIT students ?
Majority of the MIT cricket club players are students of undergraduate and graduate courses at MIT. However the club is open to all MIT staff and affiliates, and on selected basis friends of club members from MIT community.
- Is there a membership fee to join the club ?
The Club does not have any membership fee yet, but a joining fee/annual fee will be charged to all club members starting September 2008
- Does the club play on a regular basis?
The Club meets on a near regular basis on Friday nights (8pm - midnight) and Sunday afternoons to play internal club games. The club has also invited outside guest teams to play at MIT.
- What kind of ball is used to play cricket ?
Tennis hard ball cricket has gained popularity in the past few years, and the Club uses taped tennis cricket ball for ALL games including internal games as well as tournaments.
