Sexual Perversity in Chicago
by David Mamet
directed by:
Rosalyn Chi

Dan Shapiro -a guy who is trying to establish a successful relationship with Deborah, but who is influenced by the misogynistic views of his best friend, Bernard.

Bernard Litko -a blustery guy who crassly objectifies women and boasts of his sexual exploits while deep down harboring a simmering resentment and confusion over the changing sexual mores of the times. He finds himself receiving conflicting messages from society's images of women vs. the individual women he encounters.

Deborah Soloman -woman who is still exploring her sexual identity as she meets and falls for Dan. She has had and enjoyed brief lesbian encounters but wants her relationship with Dan to last.

Joan Webber -a woman whose bitterness about relationships is reflected in the way she treats Dan and Deborah's relationship. She genuinely cares about Deborah while being jealously protective.
