Career Assessment

Recognizing the need to clarify educational and career options, the program has the students complete the online Explorer survey by Educational Guidance Solutions. Explorer captures mission (interests, passions, motivators), competencies (abilities, aptitudes, skills), and styles (personality-driven proclivities) and generates individual career maps that suggests roles, college majors, and internship possibilities based on the convergence of these three dimensions.
