Andrew March (President)
Andrew March is a second year graduate student in the Department of
Aeronautics and Astronautics researching computational aircraft design.
He did his undergraduate degree at Cornell University and then worked
on the Falcon 1 and Falcon 9 launch vehicles at SpaceX in Los Angeles.
It is in LA where Andrew obtained his private pilot's certificate
and instrument rating. He is also rated for search and rescue flying
with the Civil Air Patrol. Andrew hopes to become a CFI, bring inexpensive
flying to the MIT community, and further MIT's connection to aviation.

Romain (ESD Grad, 2008) is a private pilot on single-engine land airplanes.
He passed his initial license in June 2006 in France, on Robin DR221

summer of 2007, he participated in the Young Pilots' "Tour de
France", a 2-week precision flight competition with 45 other
young pilots, organized by the FFA (equivalent of the AOPA). In the
US, he first got his JAR license converted to an FAA one, but finally
took the checkride for an unrestricted FAA license. He now has a little
over 150 hours and flies on Piper Warriors from East Coast Aero Club,
out of Hanscom Field (KBED). rlevy [at] mit [dot] edu
