U K O Y Ingredients: 1 cup flour 1-2/3 cup shrimps 1 egg 2 green onions 1 minced garlic 30 whole shrimps 2 cup mongo sprouts (bean sprouts) 2 tbsp achiote Mix flour, egg, shrimp, garlic and salt. Blanch mongo sprouts and shrimps. Mince the green onions. Place 3 tbsp of mongo sprouts, sprinle with green onion and place one whole shrimp in the center. Deep fry until golden brown. Dip in vinegar-pepper sauce when serving.
