  - pre-rally on the student center steps, sept. 14, noon - 5pm
    - need DJ's, 5 x 1-hour sets
    - sound system
    - speeches from thistle or MIT greens?
    - brownies
  - first general meeting, sept. 12, building 5-???
    - need to poster for first general meeting
    - distribution of posters on tuesday, sept. 4, 5pm 

- starting on our monthly newsletter
  - now accepting submissions of comics, send to charisse massay at senior
    house via interdepartmental mail, or email them to cda
  - cda will help with formatting the newsletter
  - meeting sunday to discuss newsletter, put up on website
