The MITMSA maintains a prayer room for use by the MITMSA community. You can enter the room at any time for any prayer, reading the Quran, for weekly Halaqas, and so on. There is a section for males and for females (the female entrance is denoted on the entry door). In addition, there are facilities for doing ablution inside the prayer room.

Jumah: Jumah prayers are held every Friday at 1:10pm throughout the year and summer. Please plan your schedules accordingly. The Khutbah begins at 1:10, and the prayers begin on average around 1:45pm. Space becomes limited due to the large amount of brothers and sisters who attend so it is highly advised that you come quickly. This is an excellent time to meet fellow MITMSAers.

The Masjid also includes a library of books on Islam that you can borrow at any time, provided you return them within 2 weeks. Also, there are charity collections after every Jumah, insha'Allah. Please be generous.

During Ramadan, the Masjid committee provides special services such as the organization of free iftaars and dinner for the MITMSA community. Iftaars occur immediately at Maghrib time: orange juice, milk, and dates are served inside the prayer room. Following Maghrib prayers, dinner is served at the dinning room across the hall.

Volunteers are always appreciated for helping out during Ramadan; please contact:
