MIT Fast-a-Thon 2007

The Fast-a-Thon is a community service project dedicated to feeding the poor and hungry in the local and world community. The way it works is we ask students to “go hungry for a day so someone else doesn’t have to” by fasting during the daylight hours on September 27th. Local businesses donate for each person that pledges to fast. All the proceeds benefit the Boston Food Bank and Heifer International .
