Do you have strong database and web programming skills? Do you care about community service and improving MIT's student resources? This could be the job for you.

The PSC needs a systematic overhaul of its FileMaker Pro databases. Ideally, we'd like to combine them into one mega-database with a variety of front ends for different users, since much of the information needed for our different programs overlaps. We also need to make our databases accessible over the internet.

Someone with programming skills, organizational abilities, and vision could make this a reality. Strong oral communication skills and leadership ability are also very important. It will be your job to hear our non-technical explanation of what we need, understand the key requirements, figure out the best solution, and implement it.
