Beyond photocopying – the staff of the Public Service Center (PSC) has lots of special projects, and more seem to appear every week. If you're innovative, flexible, organized, and self-motivated, and you have excellent communication skills and a desire to help the PSC grow and improve, apply for this position, and work with us on a variety of projects.
Job Description: Help plan fall activities, assist the CityDays and FUP coordinators with logistics, help develop resources for potential volunteers, write for the PSC web site, provide community service advice, perform general office tasks, and much, much more.
Qualifications: Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as a resourcefulness and a sharp attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential. Previous office experience and interest in community service programming a plus. Must be able to work in a busy office with a diverse staff. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word a must. s
