Consult the rate table to determine the correct shipping charge to add to the total cost of your order. If your shipping address is in the United States, you can choose between surface mail and Priority Mail service.Place your order online
If you are paying by credit card, we are happy to accept your order through our secure ordering system. Please provide all requested information, including our inventory codes and the correct shipping charge for the items you are requesting.
If you prefer to pay by check or money order, please fill out and print this order form and mail it to the address provided, together with payment. There is no advantage in faxing or emailing your order, since we are unable to ship orders in advance of receipt of payment.

Shipping and handling charges are calculated based on the total price of your order, as follows:

For orders above $80, the shipping rate increases by a regular increment for every $10 or fraction thereof. For example, with Priority Mail, an order of $91 ($80 + $10 + $1) costs $16 in shipping ($14 + $1 + $1); the total is $107.
US surface mail shipments are sent at the
special fourth class rate. Depending on your location, Priority Mail may be significantly faster.
All international shipments are by bulk airmail, which takes 2–3 weeks from the date shipped.
We process orders in the order in which they are received. Rush orders can be arranged by request.
