In which our heroes ...
Orhan 5 Day 68 TE 6059
We awake and prepare to move the poor cold fisherpeople here. But, there
are very few ideas, so we decide top proceed with the mission.
The priests pray to their god for guidance, and he decides that we can
visit the ancestral homeland through the portal. They see danger and death.
As it turns out though, we are wusses, so we decide to go back out into
the ice and search for a boat in the ruings of the city.
Orhan 5 Day 70 TE 6059
We have services in the deluxe tents surrounded by ice and snow.
Orhan 1 Day 18 TE 6060
We find ancient ruins near a little bay free of ice. There are horrible
beam weapon marks everywhere. We search. Kyrik finds a cave. Hmm, there's
a canal down the middle of this cave. Yup, it's some sort of small shipyard.
There's a tiny metal boat, and a big wooden boat on it's side. The little
metal boat has auto propulsion spells on it.
We battle the big boat for quite some time. We finally get it upright
and rapaired. Sort of.
Not down with the boat plan, Imre does some divination on us using the
portal. It's pretty grim.
Orhan 1 Day 21 TE 6060
We sail 300 miles out on the giant boat of doom. That night Kyrik sails
the Caytanic into an iceberg. We abandon ship. snifff.
Orhan 1 Day 22 TE 6060
We take our emergency aluminium boat into the teeth of the storm.
Orhan 1 Day 23 TE 6060
Oathar and Imre sleep having successfully navigated the storm. Haeraan
sails on in the little boat. He turns a bit abruptly though and capsizes
the small vessels. People all fall into water. Oathar tries to drown.
People make a few half-hearted attempts to stop him. It goes OK.
Orhan 1 Day 26 TE 6060
We're doomed. We should perhaps teleport back and abandon the little
boat. Instead we manage to sail the little boat back to land. Haeraan
dreams of combat through the portal.
