She won't say anything more though and doesn't believe that Imre is a priest of Eissa, so he summons a small angel of death just to convince her. Eventaully, she is redeemed and returns to the fold. Imre gets a couple of fate points and a one shot automatic absolution cancelation.

Taking her back to Kaitain, the high priestess takes Imre aside and slips him a scroll of Lifegiving. Of course, scrolls of lifegiving don't exist. That's crazy talk.

We go to Biv's Adventurers' Shack and tell Biv we want deluxe kits. He gives us all the Deluxe Special. We get frame packs filled with everything you might need to go adventuring, old school, ten foot poles and all.

We use one of Oathar's "special ships" to sail unobserved down to the swamp coast near Ardania.

Orhan 1 Day 35 TE 6063

En route, we encounter a pair of Lankani slave galleys heading south to the battle zone. Each one got 45 seaman, 150 oarsman, 60 marines.

After some planning, we sail around them and get ahead unseen. Then Alynna reverses the winds for the ship so they are forced to take anchor for the night.

We sail up to one, and Haeraan, Kyrik, and Imre jump off with the company of marines. Alynna and Oathar take the ship towards the second galley to keep it busy until the boarding actions is complete. The marines deal with the enemies marines fairly well; Haeraan commands the men while Kyrik eviscerates commanders. Imre would heal, but he doesn't seem to be kept very busy.

Oathar and Alynna keep ship busy by putting up winds and the like. Alynna has 45 mile/hour winds, who knew!?

Kyrik encounters the enemy captain and his elite body guards. He goes to work. Meanwhile, the marines finish off the defending crew with only two casualties over all.

Alynna takes out the first officer on the second ship (with a wind bolt) while he's shouting orders to get the ship underway.

On the first ship, the marines start forming up on the deck again for pick up. Oathar maneuvers the Night Raven back towards the first ship, while Alynna takes out the second officer of ship B with another wind bolt. Oathar picks up his marines.

When approaching ship B with the marines, Oathar accidentally gets caught in Alynna's wind storm, and accidentally blows past them. Doh. A few pot shots come in from the other ship but don't cause much damage. Oathar swings around and brings the Night Raven a-broadsides and the marines head over. Sadly, ship B is prepared, so no ambush. Frontal Assault it is, and off they go.

Alynna, Kyrik, and Haeraan join the fight. Meanwhile, back on ship A, the recently freed slave start rowing the ship towards shore. Gah! Imre can't keep them under control, they are fleeing! Oathar teleports over to ship A, while Haeraan, Alynna, Kyrik and the marines clean up ship B.

Both ships are captured! We send them back to Sel-kai with the marine company. The party presses on.
