I have been recognized in the Korean and international press for my work with the KAIST Freshman Design Program and for my efforts to help internationalize KAIST. I have also receieved considerable media attention for being the first tenure-track female international faculty member and the youngest tenure-track professor hired at KAIST (as of 2007).
