The MIT Theater Arts Program is committed to fostering the intellectual
and
artistic development
of MIT students while experimenting with diverse theatrical
forms. We look at theater from the past and the present with an eye to the
theaters of the future, and work with such theatrical forms as the scripted
play, actor-created theater, musical theater, and theater of identity.
The
broad range of styles and genres in which we produce represent the varied
interests of the MIT community.
