Musical Theatre Guild Archivist Expectations

Passed March 7th, 2006

This by-law elaborates on the Constitution's description of the archivist's duties.

Archival Photographs

  1. At least 20 representative photos from each show shall be included in the archives.
  2. Archival photos shall be made available to the Guild and placed in the archives by three months after the close of the show. Photos can be made available through physical media placed in the archive cabinet, or through uploading digital images to an accessible website.
  3. The Guild shall have the right to use archival photos however it deems appropriate, including for publicity purposes or distribution to the membership.

Technical Director, Choreographer, Set Designer, Master Carpenter, Lighting Designer, Sound Designer, Sound Engineer, Publicity Designer, Publicity Manager, Master Seamstress, Hair & Makeup Designer, Reservations Manager, House Manager, and Box Office Manager.

Please express interest in these positions before June 18th at 5PM.
