On May 6, 2011, Massachusetts Institute of Technology Professor John Harbison, winner of the 1989 MacArthur Foundation “genius” award and 1987 Pulitzer Prize for musical composition, spoke with audiences at the MIT Museum and via a video link with American University of Cairo. This wide ranging discussion was part of the fifth annual Cambridge Science Festival, presented by the MIT Museum.
