Rental Guidelines
AvailabilityThe MIT Museum is available every evening of the week. TransportationThe Museum is easily accessible via public transportation, and parking is available. CateringHosts can select the caterer of their choice from our list of Preferred Caterers. Rental feesA 50% deposit is required 60 days prior to the event date to confirm the reservation. MIT departments should contact the Functions Manager for special pricing. EntertainmentMusic is permitted in the Museum's galleries. However, we regret that dancing is not permitted. Gallery HoursStarting evening events at 7:00 p.m. is encouraged.
