2nd Floor Galleries: $3,000

Reception space available in MIT Highlights (Peterson A) and Robots and Beyond exhibition galleries.
Seated dinners are permitted in the Robots and Beyond exhibition gallery ONLY.

The MIT Museum is open to the public daily from 10 AM to 5 PM; on the second Friday of the month until 8 PM; and on Thursdays in July and August until 7 PM.

• Events are permitted in the galleries during non-public hours ONLY.
• Earliest evening event start time: 6:00 p.m. (excluding Second Fridays and Thursdays in July and August, when times would be later).
• Rental fees include admission to exhibitions in the floor of the Museum rented, and exclude other galleries.
• Clients are required to work with one of the Museum's Preferred Caterers.
• Additional fees may apply for a cash bar, MIT Audio Visual (AV), and police detail. MIT AV may be required for your AV needs.
