Education:

  1. Ph.D. Candidate Chemical Engineering – Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Cambridge, Massachusetts – Projected Degree Conferral: May, 2016
  2. B.S. Chemical Engineering - Tsinghua University – June, 2011

Research summary:

My research focuses on investigating how fundamental factors (e.g. supersaturation, impurity incorporation mechanism and effective distribution coefficient) affect the continuous crystallization process. The final goal of my project is using the information above to design novel continuous crystallization configurations that can improve the purity of product and yield of the process.

Keywords:

Continuous crystallization yield

Impurity incorporation
