John J. Hynes, a senior human resource consultant in Information Services and Technology (IS&T) and an administrator at MIT for the past 44 years, died suddenly on Tuesday, July 13. He was 66.
Visiting hours will be held from 4-8 p.m. on Friday, July 16, at the Dockray & Thomas Funeral Home at 455 Washington St. in Canton, Mass. A funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Gerard Majella Church in Canton, followed by interment at Canton Corner Cemetery.
