The key milestones in July are as follows:
- The MIT Cashier Window in NE49 will be closed as of July 1. In place of the window, VPF is implementing more secure and more efficient services for processing cash. Learn more
- An electronic Request for Payment (RFP) service will be available Institute-wide on July 6, eliminating the need for the current manual, paper-based process. The SAPweb-based service includes electronic routing for approvals and direct deposit of reimbursements for individuals who receive direct deposit for payroll. Learn more
- Faculty, students and staff (excluding union employees) will receive ePaystubs instead of paper paystubs as of the July 30 pay date. Available through SAPweb Employee Self Service, the ePaystubs service offers the capability to print paystubs and includes historical paystubs (initially back to Nov. 1, 2009). It is important to note that an active MIT web certificate is required to access ePaystubs. As all MIT Web certificates expire July 30, members of the community are asked to renew their Web certificates prior to attempting to access ePaystubs. Learn more
