In the spirit of fall in New England, Burton Conner hosted its Annual Burton Conner Apple Bake on the evening of Sunday, Nov. 4. Apple Bake is a Burton Conner tradition that takes place every fall, where almost every Burton Conner resident participates through the submission of dishes or artwork — where the key ingredient is the apple. This year, there were 222 submissions.Judges of the event included all members of the Burton Conner House Team; former Burton Conner Graduate Resident Tutors (GRTs); former Housemasters Roe Smith and Bronwyn Mellquist; current Housemasters Anne and William McCants; Henry Humphreys, the senior associate dean for Residential Life and Dining; and several members of the Residential Life Programs staff.
