MIT System Design and Management Program information evening
June 25, 2010
Co-sponsored by MIT Sloan School of Management and MIT’s School of Engineering, the System Design and Management (SDM) master’s program in engineering and management educates mid-career professionals to lead effectively and creatively by using systems thinking to solve large-scale, complex challenges in product design, development and innovation.
SDM provides a global mindset; a systems thinking perspective integrating management, technology, and social sciences; and ways to lead across organizational and cultural boundaries to address rapidly accelerating complexity and change in today’s global markets.
The curriculum of MIT’s System Design and Management Program integrates leadership development and critical, creative, and integrative thinking with an appreciation of diversity and an understanding of how to foster positive change within organizations, society at-large, and -- most importantly -- within oneself.
To learn more about the program, attend the Information Evening from 6-9 p.m. on Tuesday, June 29, at the Boston Marriott Quincy Hotel.
