How Did I End Up Here?

On Friday, April 27, from 3:45-6 p.m. in 32-123, Edmund F. "Ted" Kelly, PhD '70 — the chairman of Liberty Mutual Insurance Group — will deliver a talk as part of the School of Science Dean's Colloquium series, titled "How Did I End Up Here?"

The Dean's Colloquium Series was established to recognize and celebrate scientists who have chosen innovative, non-traditional career paths and have been unusually successful.

Kelly joined Liberty Mutual in 1992 as president and chief operating officer, and was elected chief executive officer in 1998. Kelly was elected chairman of Liberty Mutual in April 2000.
