Workshop on Gender, Technology & Development
October 5, 2012
On Oct. 26, the MIT Workshop on Gender, Technology, and Development will take place on campus.
This workshop aims to engage Boston-area scholars from anthropology, economics, engineering and other fields who work on issues relating to gender, international development and technology design and transfer. Building on MIT's commitment to produce and share knowledge "wisely, creatively and effectively," our aim is to foster cross-disciplinary dialogue on many facets of development research and practice.
The workshop is open and free of charge, but RSVP is requested as space is limited.
