Annual Cambridge Science Festival is April 12-21
April 15, 2013
The annual Cambridge Science Festival (CSF), the first of its kind in the United States, is a celebration showcasing Cambridge as an internationally recognized leader in science, technology, engineering and math.
New for 2013, guests can explore the Artisan’s Asylum’s DIY Festival and Open House; take in 30-plus robots in the Robot Zoo at Science Carnival; “Party for the Planet” at the Franklin Park Zoo on Earth Day; tour bridges spanning from Cambridge to Boston (and wear comfortable shoes!); laugh along with us as comedians try to guess what experts are researching in some of the more obscure scientific fields; join the Science Crawl through Kendall Square as we learn about the physics of billiards and the science of beer.
The CSF is 10 days and nights of events with something for everyone.
A multifaceted, multicultural event held every spring, the festival makes science accessible, interactive, and fun, while highlighting the impact of science on all our lives. Learn more at cambridgesciencefestival.org
