Russell J. Bioren Services have been held for Russell J. Bioren, 70, of Tewksbury, a former hydraulic technician at Haystack Observatory until his retirement last December. Mr. Bioren had worked at MIT since 1945. He is survived by his wife, Irene Sweet Bioren; three daughters, Eileen Fluet of New Hampshire, Ruth Cleary of Dracut and Karen Boivin of Townsend, and six grandchildren. Kieran Cunningham A funeral Mass has been held for Kieran Cunningham, 77, of Everett and Malden, who died on August 2. Mr. Cunningham was a heating and venitlating mechanic at MIT from 1968 until his retirement in 1978. He leaves his wife, Barbara Hamilton Cunningham; two daughters, Paula Hackendorf of Wayland and Pamela Moriarty of Winthrop; a son Wayne Cunningham of Fitzwilliam, N.H.; six grandchildren and two great grandsons. Memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimers Disease and Related Disorders Association, 1 Kendall Square, Cambridge 02139. John Q. Johnson A memorial service has been held for John Q. Johnson, 64, a retired engineering assistant at Lincoln Laboratory, who died August 26. Mr. Johnson worked at Lincoln from 1956 until his retirement in 1987. He leaves his wife, Addie Collins Johnson of Sharon, a son, Parker Johnson of Los Angeles, and two brothers. Memorial contributions may be made to the United Negro College Fund, 131 State Street, Boston. Patrick J. Panzini Patrick J. Panzini, 69 of East Boston, a former stock clerk at Lincoln Laboratory, died on August 20. He worked at Lincoln from 1952 until his retirement in 1986. Mr. Panzini is survived by his wife, Anne Pascucci Panzini; a daughter, Patricia D'Alto of Saugus; two sons, Richard R. and Robert J. Panzini of East Boston, and two grandchildren. Other Deaths Word has also been received about the deaths of the following members of the community, about whom no further information was available: Douglas Chase, 71, of Kannapolis, N.C., a retired plumber at Lincoln Laboratory, died April 19. He worked at Lincoln from 1962 until retiring in 1982. He leaves a daughter, Nancy Donahue. John E. Corkery, 79, of Chelmsford, an exempt staff member at Lincoln Laboratory from 1956 until his retirement in 1977, died on August 1. He leaves his wife, Mary Corkery. Edward D. Daly, 75, of Tewskbury, a retired patrol officer in Campus Police, died August 1. He worked at MIT from 1962 until his retirement in 1981. He is survived by his wife, Charlotte Daly. Robert I. Meade, 61, of Salem, N.H., an electronic project technician at Lincoln Laboratory, died on August 20. He is survived by his wife, Clare Gamble Meade.
