  • Founding member of trust, National Leadership Foundation, 2009, in association with Dr. De-
    bashis Chatterjee (MIT/Harvard Scholar and World Thought Leader, Director of IIM Kozikhode
    India).

    ences/tracks/Journals.

  • Qualified ‘Academic Excellence Award’ for 2008 - 2009 at IIT Kanpur.

    Genetic and Evolutionary Computation Conference GECCO July 8-12, 2009, Montreal, Canada.

  • Facilitated and was invited to attend a ‘Leadership Course’ at Indian Institute of Management,
    Lucknow, India, 16th-20th December 2008. Only Five students across all IITs were selected.

  • Awarded Scholarship to attend Authentic Leadership in Action Summer Institute, at Shambhala
    Institute, June 22-28 2008, Nova Scotia, Canada.

  • Coordinated and pioneered ”National Circuit Leadership Campaign - Break Free Movement”, with
    Professor Debashish Chatterjee (Harvard/MIT Scholar and World Thought Leader) across Six IITs
    in India, January 2008, encompassing a Participation of more than 6,000 students.

  • First undergraduate in my batch to achieve an international publication in second year itself and
    made an international conference presentation in Wuhan, 2007. The paper was
    nominated for best paper award and appeared in LNCS (Lecture Notes in Computer Science).

  • Awarded Seeger And Duerr Stifftung German Scholarship to attend a research oriented internship
    at University Of Karlsruhe, Germany from May-July, 2007.

  • Assistant Coordinator (2006-2007) and Coordinator (2007-2008) Gymkhana’s Lecture and Discus-
    sion (GLDC) Club at IIT Kanpur. The club was awarded ‘Best Gymkhana Club, 2006-2007’. Major
    initiatives taken: Pioneered Annual Student-Alumni Interaction Chapter at IIT Kanpur. Invited
    Placement Orientation Workshops. Invited several talks with eminent personalities from Politics,
    Academia, Government and Business.

  • Coordinated and invited ‘Break Free Workshop’ with Sandip Yuwanati (corporate executive from
    Deolitte), in Annual Technical Festival (Techkriti) at IIT Kanpur, February 2007. Thirty Partici-
    pants from more than 15 different colleges in India participated.

  • Nominated for ‘Ignited Minds Awards’ for contribution in research and leadership, 2007.

  • Awarded the ‘Best Working Mechanical Model’ in Manufacturing Course (TA - 201), IIT Kanpur,
    November 2006. Project Title: ”Manually driven Sand Rammer”.

  • Coordinated and invited first ever ‘Leadership Workshop’ at IIT Kanpur with Ms. Laurel Hubber
    (ex. C.E.O. of Canadian Center for Leadership and Human Values) and Professor Debashis Chat-
    terjee (Harvard/MIT Scholar and World Thought Leader), September 2006.

  • Executive member of Association of Mechanical Engineers (A.M.E.) at IIT Kanpur. Took the
    responsibility and charge of inviting lectures from various fields in Mechanical Engineering.

  • Represented IIT Kanpur team at ‘Opulence’ - The Annual Business Meet at IT B.H.U., January,
    2006 and backed following honors: Second position in ‘Case Study’ Competition - Manhathan. Sec-
