The schedule below provides an example of a course schedule for a sophomore entering the NS&E undergraduate program in the fall semester. There are many paths through the undergraduate program, this example is meant to be illustrative of the breadth. Students should discuss their planned curriculum with their undergraduate advisor.

This sample schedule is the minimal set. Students may want to take more than four courses per term to take advanced courses in their field of interest such as students in the fission option may chose to take 2.006 and 2.51.
