Momo — a translation of a brief excerpt of one of my favorite adult children's books, Momo, written by Michael Ende (author of The Neverending Story, which is even better than the movie based upon it). Unfortunately, the English translation of Momo isn't easy to get here in the US.
A gentle introduction to statistics using simulation in R. Assumes no math or programming knowledge, although it's probably helpful to have a programmer on hand to answer questions. You'll need to install R, available at r-project.org (main project page) or RKWard (an alternative graphical user interface).
