Labtops

Introduction:

OEIT maintains a small pool of flexibly configurable laptops for tightly focused in-class experimentation.  These are intended as a resource for meeting acute (short term) and critical needs for in-class computer laboratory-based instruction with a flexibly deployable pool of laptops (LabTops).

These can be custom configured with alternative operating systems as per client requests. These are typically provisioned with MIT standard software suite or customized with client provided software.  Additionally, these laptops are optimized for running custom client VMs.
