Leadership Development

The Leadership Development Series prepares undergraduate students to become leaders in the academy, industry and society. Targeted at elected student leaders, the series begins with a weekend retreat at MIT Endicott House followed by 5 additional workshops during the academic year. Workshop topics are selected by student leaders in order of importance and relevance. Workshop presenters are corporate partners, MIT faculty, staff and alumni.
