Office Assistant:
Assist with various office tasks and projects. Major job responsibilities include basic office work (e.g. filing, photocopying, data entry), maintaining/updating handouts and information packets, running errands around campus, and assisting the staff as needed.
Qualifications: Excellent organizational skills and sharp attention to detail are required. Good judgement skills and use of discretion are essential as well as the ability to handle sensitive documents and maintain confidentiality.
Computer skills: MS Office (primarily Word and Excel) and familiarity with Macs.

Interphase Program Office Assistant:
This is a full-time summer position as an office assistant in Interphase in which you will assist with various office tasks and projects. Major job responsibilities include basic office work (e.g. filing, photocopying, data entry), maintaining/updating handouts and information packets, running errands around campus, and assisting the staff as needed. Interphase Program Teacher's Assistant:
This a full-time summer position as a teaching assistant in Interphase. Interphase annually enrolls one third of the incoming African American, Hispanic/Latino, and Native American students. A curriculum of physics, calculus, writing, physical education and a myriad of co-curricular activities fully involves them for a seven-week period in the summer, in preparation for their first year at MIT. This program is for admitted freshmen only. Applicants must have received an A in the subject they wish to teach and must be a current or former MIT student.

Seminar XL Facilitator:
Seminar XL is an academic enrichment seminar which utilizes the innovative and effective small group learning concept. In addition to their regular classroom work and related assignments in math and science, students meet for up to six hours a week in prearranged groups of five or six, and receive up to 6 units of extra credit. An upper-class or graduate student facilitator stimulates their interaction in analytical reasoning, study skills and test taking strategies. Applicants must have received an A in the subject they wish to teach and must be a current or former MIT student.

New Tutor for the TSR:
The Tutorial Services Program has provided tutoring to undergraduates for nearly thirty years. Academically advanced upper-class and graduate students deliver tutoring in any subject requested. Applicants who want to apply for a tutoring position must have received an A in the subject they wish to teach and must be a current or former MIT student.
