BIOGRAPHICAL SKETCH
Professor Tseng received his Ph.D. in Operations
Research from MIT in 1986 under the supervision of Dimitri Bertsekas. He
spent one year at the University of British Columbia and three years at LIDS as
a research associate, before becoming a faculty member at the University of
Washington (Seattle) where he has been ever since.
