BIOGRAPHICAL SKETCH

Professor Asuman Ozdaglar

Professor Asuman E. Ozdaglar received her B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from the Middle East Technical University, Ankara, Turkey, in 1996, and her SM and PhD in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1998 and 2002, respectively. She is currently an Assistant Professor in the Electrical Engineering and Computer Science Department and the Laboratory for Information and Decision Systems at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Her research interests include optimization, with emphasis on nonlinear programming, convex analysis, and data networks.
