BIOGRAPHICAL SKETCH

 

 

Daniela Pucci de Farias

                                   

 

Daniela Pucci de Farias received her Ph.D. from the department of Management Science and Engineering at Stanford University in 2002. She is currently a postdoctoral research associate with the group of Theory of Computation at IBM Almaden Research Labs, and will join the department of Mechanical Engineering at MIT 
as an assistant professor in July, 2003. Her interests revolve around decision-making in complex systems, with 
the current focus being on approximate dynamic programming, machine learning, and game theory.
