Costis Maglaras is the Philip H. Geier Jr., Associate Professor
of Business at Colmbia Business School. His research focuses on
pricing, revenue management, and stochastic models in operations
management, emphasizing their respective application in the manufacturing
and service sectors. He teaches courses on statistics and pricing
and revenue management, and has been a co-organizer of the annual
Informs conference on revenue management. He serves on the editorial
boards of several of the leading journals in his field, is a frequent
speaker in academic and industry forums, and has consulted in industry
on various projects related to his research expertise.
