TITLE
Cut-generating Functions and S-free Sets

ABSTRACT
This talk discusses the separation problem for sets with a special structure coming from integer programming. It unifies and formalizes various works devoted to minimal valid inequalities and maximal S-free sets, using the tools of convex analysis. It is based on joint work with Michele Conforti, Aris Daniilidis, Claude Lemarechal and Jerome Malick.
